This is an essential step for a business app to support end-to-end workflow, as it ensures that the app covers all bases. It is also in its own right a valuable activity, providing you with documentation that can be used to train staff and to achieve accreditations.

App Design

Where appropriate, we identify off-the-shelf solutions, which meet part of your requirements, and design whatever else is needed as a bespoke solution to meet your needs. In some circumstances, your entire business app will be bespoke.

Each element is carefully considered to ensure that what is built is efficient to run and is scalable for business growth.

Custom Build

We build your custom business app in-house, never using outsourced or offshore development, and taking a testing-lead approach, meaning that your app will be robustly tested.

Testing

Your app will have been tested throughout every stage of the build process, and once built will go through a final testing stage to ensure everything is working as it should. At this stage, if required, your front-end staff can be given access to the app, as asking them to test it will also provide them with valuable experience of using it before it is live.

Integration with 3rd Party Services

We will integrate your app with any existing services you use (where an API is available) and with any services that we have set up for you as part of the delivery.

Migration of existing data

We will take a copy of your existing data, and map a migration of it that will allow you to use your existing data in your new app.

Handover with training and documentation

We will handover your app with whatever staff training you require – be that onsite or by training a trainer within your organisation. Every app will come with full documentation which can be used to train staff and plan future development.
